Overview:

This Oral Historian Internship requires that the intern work with Pipe Spring National Monument and the Kaibab Band of Paiute Indians among other partners to contact members of the tribe, interview them and record and document the information in accordance with the criteria set forth in a Nation Park Foundation grant.

Qualifications:

Experience collecting and documenting Native American oral history is required.

Responsibilities:

This intern is responsible for meeting the criteria for properly working with Pipe Spring National Monument staff, the Kaibab Band of Paiute Indians, members of the Tribe, other park partners and the National Park Foundation.
